RETURN GUIDELINES

All returns MUST follow the guidelines listed below PRIOR to returning merchandise to acquire proper credit.

DAMAGES 

must be signed for as DAMAGED
and notated upon receiving/shipping documents. If products are not signed as Damaged,
replacements will not be sent. Shipper must be notified of any shortages and/or damages
within 7 calendar days of receipt of package. All packaging and broken product must be
available for inspection until claim is settled.

RETURNS

must be approved by a Worldwide Specialty Lamp employee along with 
an RMA number assigned for approval of return. 

RMA form (with approved RMA number notated) must accompany product when 
returning.

Product being sent back should be properly packaged to prevent any damages 
during return.

 All returned materials must be sent back shipping prepaid.
